- This business unit encompasses all of the other business units. We pride ourselves in availability, response time, production and quality. The customer deserves a quality job done quickly, safely, at a fair value and to be aided in decision making by a knowledgeable operator. Our equipment is reliable, available, and our operators are competent. Our paving crew is utilized almost exclusively by Hanson Aggregates and Elam Materials in all of their regional paving operations. Many local highway superintendents, schedule their paving and wait for our crew to become available.
